James Emery Vigh
Producer, Director, Screenplay, Author
Jim has been a professional musician for more than 40 years, more than 30 of that as a guitar teacher. He has always enjoyed working with kids but has been frustrated with the guitar method books that have been used to teach these kids to date. Far too much emphasis is placed on "The Right Way To Learn", and not enough on the actual fun of playing. He says: "If you can get kids EXCITED about playing an instrument and about music in general...teach them how to play SOMETHING that they know SOUNDS like something, then there is plenty of time to get them more involved in taking music lessons, and to learn proper techniques. Music is a wonder language, and it is this "wonderfulness" that I am trying to get kids to understand. I've taught music and the guitar for a long time, and I've never seen anyone try to do this by way of a guitar course - or any other instrument for that matter." |

Bob Rogers
Live action video and editing, Audio engineer
Bob Rogers has always believed in the power of music and the wonder of creativity. Bob spent most of his life living in Kitchener, Ontario, Canada before moving to North East Ohio five years ago. Bob earned a Diploma of Applied Arts in Radio and Television Broadcasting from Conestoga College, Kitchener in 1989. Since then he has worked in the cable and television industries in Canada and the United States. Bob has managed his own video production company since 1997. While video production pays the bills, it's Bob's love of music and songwriting that fulfills his heart. Bob has been writing songs for over 20 years and has just put the finishing touches on a CD of ten original songs.
"Music is such a joy for me," Bob says. "The thrill of music making is in the actual process of doing it. The finished song is just the icing on the cake. The fun is watching your original idea evolve into something that may be completely different than what you intended it to be. And usually it's even better." |

Sara Justice
Marketing and Promotions
(Jack of all trades) is a mother of five girls. Many close to her don't even know she has worked long and hard to hone her skills and has majored in areas such as Education, Spanish, and Computer Science. She has a passion for being able to hand the children around her smoething to enrich their lives. Learning an instrument improves cognitive skills and thus, intelligence. She has a passion for music (singing is her specialty) and has been working at it since she was in high school, so I suppose she's got maybe a bit to add there too. |
